Methodology

Our consulting method is carefully designed to keep it simple and effective. There are 2 parts to our method. Primary part involves a free discussion to understand your need and identify possible ways to accomplish your need. We analyse the possible options to serve your need and assess the cost and time required. We then prepare a detailed action plan and proposal to offer our services.

The second part of our method begins with your acceptance. We implement the plan and give you periodic feedback about our progress. At each important stage of the project we shall have a review to be on same page with you. We conclude the task and give you a brief summary of our accomplishments. Subsequently we send you a detailed report and disengage. We then standby for any further assistance and follow-up.

Experience

Gopi V. Prasad is the C.E.O. of GloMan Consulting. He has over 12 years of work experience in the area of business development. Initial years of his career he worked in India and later years in Germany. He is expert in handling start-up ventures and has excellent communication skills and analytical skills. Gopi is competent in selling, recruiting, training, marketing and consulting functions. He has experience in Financial Services, Engineering Services and Renewable Energy industries.

Gopi has an MBA from the Bremen University of Applied Sciences Germany, in the field of Global Management. He has authored professional books, business reports and articles on Indian market.
