This conference aims to presents the opportunities in 4 Southern States of India and establish a platform for "The Indo-German business collaboration through Risk Sharing Partnerships"
Speakers from India and Germany will present the scope and way forward for such Partnerships.
This conference highlights the 'factors & sectors' which led India to become world's 7th largest economy and fast growing market.
Through this conference we aspire to discuss the potential of following State capitals in terms of the opportunities for business and cooperation.

1.Mr. Sugandh Rajaram -Consul General of India for South Germany
Mr. Sugandh Rajaram assumed charge as the Consul General of India in Munich in November 2016.
Mr. Sugandh Rajaram entered into Indian Foreign Service in 2001. He began his diplomatic career at the Indian Mission in Moscow. Later, he served in the Indian Diplomatic Missions in Jakarta and in New York. He also served at the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi dealing with India’s relations with Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Prior to the current assignment he was dealing with External Publicity & Public Diplomacy in the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi.
Mr. Sugandh Rajaram is an electronics engineer by education and speaks Russian and Bahasa Indonesia in addition to English and Indian languages.
2. Dr. rer. nat. Nagaraja Sallagundala - Research fellow, Fraunhofer IMW
Dr. Sallagundala, a research fellow at Fraunhofer IMW, has a diversified work experience with competencies in research and as a technology expert across different industrial sectors. Nagaraja Sallagundala trained at Humboldt University of Berlin obtained his doctoral degree in Neuroscience. For a brief stint, he worked as a research fellow at Neuroscience Institute, Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, USA.He holds an Executive MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and Harvard Business School, USA.
His expertise is in innovation and international management. His core competence is - digital manufacturing and transformation at organizational level setting growth & digital initiatives in manufacturing and service sectors.
His professional experience spans across three major countries viz., Germany, USA and India in the fields of technology adaptation & management for German & EU companies globally.
During the years, he is closely associated with ‘Product Development & Business Logic’ and developing - Project Processes across different industrial sectors.

4. Ms.Seema Bhardwaj - Rödl & Partner
Ms.Seema Bhardwaj is an Indo- German Legal professional heading India desk of Rödl & Partner in Berlin. Rödl & Partner is the “Legal and Tax Partner” of the Make in India Mittelstand (MIIM) program of the Embassy of India in Berlin. She helps structure European companies in their India entry strategy. Her focus areas are Investment related laws, commercial laws, contract law, employment and international expatriate laws. She has authored various publications on Indian Business laws.
Seema is heading the Berlin chapter of German India Roundtable and is a founding member of Indo German Association for Legal Cooperation – IGAL

Mr.Gopi V. Prasad is the Managing Director of GloMan Consulting and is leading the initiative of “Risk Sharing Partnerships" to foster business between Germany and India in Cooperation with Pro-TEAM, Taylor Wessing , PWC and Local Government.

Siddharath Lugani is a partner and lawyer of Holtmann & Lugani Rechtsanwälte.
Before founding the partnership he used to work for medium sized law companies in Bavaria mainly advising on corporate and insolvency law. Siddharath advises Indian companies when entering the German market and supports German clients on their way to India.
